6/28/13 Update:

Unfortunately, Sacha and her new housemate in Colorado were not a good match, but we have good news to report.  Sacha has now been adopted by  SLSR member Jeannee Brave, who hosted Sacha in Kansas during Sacha’s journey to Colorado.  New photos coming soon.

6/19/13 Update:

Sacha is in the middle of a journey to her forever home in Colorado. First stop was Columbia, then an overnight in Kansas, and now onto Denver with a final destination of Parker, CO. This is a photo from her night in Kansas with SLSR member and volunteer, Jeannee Brave. The dog peeking in the background is her dog, Gracie. A special thanks to C.A.R.E. (rescue transport) and Denver Samoyed Rescue for making this adoption possible.

This is Sacha. She’s 5 yrs old and a beautiful Sammy girl. She’s up to date on all of her vaccinations and tests, HW negative and spayed. She’s looking for her own very special forever home and family. She’s very sweet and loves to play. She’ll do best in a home with one family member that can stay home with her. A fenced yard is really preferable.  She would do best in a home without cats.

If you are interested in adoption Sacha, please complete the online registration form, and we will be in touch with you soon.

Sacha looks like a real sweetheart. I’ve owned 3 Samoyeds- they all lived past ten years. My Tasha left us 5 years ago when she was 12 years old and I really miss having a Sammy. I have a Pom pom, Riley and a Cavalier Spaniel, Charlie that were raised with Tasha and they feel the same way. I live in Virginia but I have a big fenced backyard and I stay home and I am a Grrrreat mommy. There are no Sammies for adoption here. What do you think?
